Recipe: Fiesta Fowl

Ingredients: 6 oz. Tequila
6 oz. Lime Juice

1/3 cup sweet paprika
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Kosher salt
1 packet taco seasoning

Olive Oil

1 willing 5# chicken
Directions: Combine dry ingredients to make dry rub.

Wash bird, dry, and roost it on the Poultry Pal and brush w/ olive oil.

Apply dry rub liberally.

Pour tequila and lime juice in flavor base.

Place in oven or hooded grill.
