Directions:

Wash the bird and pat dry. Pour lime juice inside the cavity, shake, drain. Place bird on Tower, legs down. Use a basting brush to paint the bird with olive oi. Generously apply rub. Add the 12 oz. of beer and the remaining rub into the Flavor Base and place Tower and bird on the base. Place in grill/oven and follow cooking directions. After 45 minutes, baste the bird with barbeque sauce. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Serve with friends and family and traditional back yard picnic fare.
