Recipe: Poultry Pal Rub

Ingredients: 1/4 cup Kosher or Sea Salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika

The rub applied to the outside of the bird is a great way to enhance and embellish the flavors and appearance of the critter being cooked. We have settled on a basic rub that seems to please the masses.
Directions: Shake in a covered bowl. Your creativity is the first ingredient. Try to theme your rub and liquid essence to compliment each other. Experiment!
