Recipe: Poultry Pal Rub From the kitchen of: Larry Hennessee Ingredients: 1/4 cup Kosher or Sea Salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sweet paprika The rub applied to the outside of the bird is a great way to enhance and embellish the flavors and appearance of the critter being cooked.
